Some weeks back I had reviewed Ankrish Khanna's book 'The Fork & Spoon of Life'. In case you haven't read the book yet, read the review here. I forwarded the review to the author and thus got a chance to interact with him. Somehow I coaxed him for an interview and he replied in time. While we had a chit chat he divulged that he began writing the novel when he was just 13, isn't it surprising? I must say I was quite impressed with this school boy. Read on the interview here

See what I got while returning from college yesterday. I love picking up stuff from street vendors. These bangles just suit the kurti I plan to wear on Diwali..

I got hold of a pair of anklets and a ring as well :D Both of them costed just 20 INR :P

My Take:

My last shopping was pretty satisfying( You may read about it here). And my second shopping has been pleasurable as well. I received a confirmation mail and call from them as soon as I placed my order.Just like last time, my order got delivered before 24 hours. But surprisingly there was an extra COD of 39 INR. On talking to the customer care, I got to know there were few items under which there were extra COD charges as they were fragile in nature. The bubble wrapping was quite strong and it was stated on the package that we need not accept the package if the seal is broken. Believe me, the piece is so beautiful that I am slmost tempted to get one more for myself.

Pros

• Good packaging, sealed, waterproof and bubble wrapped.
• It had the warning to not accept the package if it was tampered.
• You get a coupon of 2000 INR as soon as you sign up
• A wide variety of choices available in the accessories section.

Cons

• They need to stock up on their beauty section.

Overall, an awesome experience with jabong.com..I'll surely repurchase with them.
